properties for rent or let in west lothian scotland?

I am looking for a house or flat for my son to rent in the west lothian area. His need is urgent. Want reliable honest landlord as had previous problems with dodgy landlords.

You can try going to Real Estate management companies to find you son a place to rent. They specialize in renting out apartment buildings and houses. This is good as you woun't be dealing with the owner of the property, but instead you will be dealing with the management company itself. I am not sure of the area you are looking so I cant reffer any companies for you.
If that not an option, seek housing that for your son that is in a decent area. Homes that are in a decent area usually have good landlords. Although its nearly impossible to determine what the landlords are going to do once your son gets into the property, you can ask a lot of questions to see the landlords temperment. If they get frustrated, then move on to another.
Another thing you can try to do is find Real Estate agents in your area. They always know of people who are renting their house out, and you may be able to get some very good leads and referrences from them.
