WW III not only possible, its probable. In view of the aging Russian early warning systems, a nuclear war could happen at any time. You hear of all the talk about Iran and terrorists getting ahold of A nuke. Little is heard about the two bulls in the glass shop.

The arsenals of the US and Russia are the scary scenarios when you're talking nuclear war. Not so much the US causing it, but mainly from an accidental launch by the Russians thinking that NATO or the US launched against them. It nearly happened in 1995, when the Russian 'suitcase' with the launch codes was activated for the first time in history....and this was in the POST-Cold War!!!

You've heard of Einstein's famouse quote "WW IV will be fought with sticks and stone" for WW III will have knocked us back into the stone age.

While it is possible to look at history and say, here is where something or other war started. It is not possible to see at this time when and where WWIII willstart. I believe it will start as WWI started unplanned and unsupervised. Having grown up in the Cold War I don't let the prospect of war keep me awake at night.

If you are worried find out what is bothering you a work to change it in a peaceful matter. I believe that that is the only way that we can avoid war and solve most if our problems.

God help us, it's already started, and I can't see a way out of it. We went to Iraq because George II wanted to play cowboy. I'll be sooooo glad when '08 gets here and we can vote that sonofabitch out of office, and I hope the American populace as a whole votes for the issues and not a bunch of phoney-baloney Godbothering "religious" fronting. Personally I don't give a rat's fat **** if the President is a blaspheming heathen as long as he knows what he's doing to run the country, keep us prosperous and keep us out of fights we don't belong in.

Yes, people will continue to see violence as a solution over reason, that is humanity. But the next time a nuclear bomb goes off, everyone else will set theirs off, and I think that will pretty much be it for man kind as we know it.
