I think 2 weeks is long enough - I've seen questions that are still open 3 months after being posted. Mine usually stay for anywhere between 5 hours and a day.

Yes I do because of the many people wanting quick answers for real problems.Just ask again if you weren,t satisfied with your answers,maybe next time someone will see it and give you a good answer.Maybe it has to do with who posts the question and how many points they have or something???

I think that if they don't post your question in a certain amount of time they should give you your 5 pts. back.

no i think they should not be a time limit on questions being open.
