I would be too damn scared to do anything proper.My wisdom and humanity would send people like you into the gaols of hell.

If i had the world at my comand there would more advocacy for love and tolerance amongst people of the world. Everyone would get a fair share of the worlds' resources,no one would have so much while some do not have at all.I would encourage peaceful and harmonious living amongst people of the earth, there will be no wars,i would make people understand why it would be alot better to love one another rather than fighting one another, Iam just going to rule the world peacefully,lovingly and harmoniously.
