How to fix my Playstation 2 DVD Remote Control?

Brand new, wouldn't work wether I unplugged the controlers or not. Returned it for another one. Still won't work! There are no obsticles and the batteries are fine.

WHAT DO I DO?!?!?!

Broken? Hmmm. I'm not sure what to look for. Where does the PS2 receive the remote's laser?

you need to go back to the store and tell them that it doesn't work
