If you are having doubts, then he is probably ready to move on. Trust your instincts. If he is not into you, then your subconscious will pick up on the little signs he is sending you.

Sweetie I hope I don't come off as too rude but tell me, how are we supposed to know if he loves you or not?
Here's what you can do though.. You said he knows you love him, why doesn't he do the first step and ask you out or tell you he loves you ? If a man is sure that you love him and he loves you in return he won't be scared of being rejected .. Since he's not doing anything, I would say sorry, my bet is there's bad news. But still if I were you I would give him more hints that I'm in love with him and I want to be with him. Smile, talk to him, etc.. DO NOT ask him out, let HIM do the job.Yes it's old school but men are men and women are women and in your case (he knows you love him) so it's already enough. Now he has to act. If he doesn't, move on.

If you are in love with him then you will still be in love with him whether he loves you are not.
Why do you think he is not in love with you now? Did he tell you?
If he acts differently now than he did when you knew he was in love with you....most likely he has lost some or all of his love for you.
If you are asking this question, most likely something has happened between the two of you to create this doubt. Even if you ask him if he loves you, would yoiu believe him if he said yes; would you believe him if he said no.
