Catalina is beautiful and perfect for any age. It would sound really good to use a middle name that has two syllables. For instance, Catalina Marie or Catalina Seree.

I like Katalina the best out of all of them. Katalina or Catalina are pretty cute, but I don't like Janina. I think if you name her that it will be mis pronounced VERY often, and probably will be annoying to explain after a while. (My name is pretty unique and it gets annoying when everyone i meet mis pronounces it.)

I don't like Janina, but I think either Katalina or Catalina are nice names. As long as you don't mind "Kat" for a nickname!
