I own two Yahoo groups and moderate two others, so I'm online quite a bit. I get an average of 40 emails a day, and that's not counting the junk mailbox. I usually check my mail when I get home from work, and get settled in.

Usually several times a week. Sometimes a few times a day if I'm coorisponding with someone. And if I'm really busy, maybe only once every week or so.
I generally check it every time I get on Yahoo Q&A or 360 though.
