the song sounds like an alternate version of "What a Wonderful World" it also sounds like a ukele is accompanying.it seems like Tiny Tim if he had a nicer voice.its been on certain commercials possibly a travel or insurance ad and it has been used on PBS...godamnit!, someone please enlighten me....

It is sung by a Hawaiin man that has been dead for 9 years....I have his CD....bought it in Hawaii....His name is Israel Kamakawiwo'ole...they called him IZ. His rendition of Somewhere over the rainbow/What a wonderful world is on the Cd titled Facing Future....
