I started spotting last night. Now my lower back is killing me and I am having clear, watery discharge. (sorry TMI) What do you think it is. I know I should call my doctor but last time I went in I was just peeing my pants. :) I don't want to be told that again. Thanks

Just curious are if you are pregnant cause the spotting if during your menstration time could mean prenancy. I am 4 weeks and today and yesterday i have light spotting and accompanied with lower back pain and cramps. But the discharge being clear and watery is scary? I know you are scared to call the doctor...try doing research on that discharge ...and if all else fails i would call the doctor anyway... that is what they are there for. GOOD LUCK HON!

Go in and get checked. Everytime I've lost a baby I had a discharge and then started having severe back pain followed by bleeding. You are probably futher along is you are talking about peing yourself. But water discharge is a sign your water is leaking. So get it checked. Also try kegals to keep you from peeing yourself. Seriously if you don't do em ow you are gonna have old lady crotch after the baby and pee yourself all the time. Plus it will be all loose.

please see your doctor or call them, they will not be annoyed with you at all, doctors and midwifes are used to things like this. I'm sure you were embarrassed the last time, but its better to get it checked out, although there are many explanations for bleeding in pregnancy its alwasy important just to be safe and have your doctor make sure everythings ok. plus put it this way, you will then be reassured and will feel much much better xx

You are probably getting ready to go into labor. Ask the dr to be sure, I went to the hospital twice cuz of false labor so dont be embarrassed, its new to you and you dont know what to expect and they understand that.

20 weeks is WAY too early to go into labor honey, call your DOC immediately.

Well, it depends on how far along you are. It could possibly be amniotic fluid, so see your doctor asap.
