I would definately use a silver, a shimmery purple, or a light blue for your eye shadow. Use a clear or a lightly tinted pink lip gloss. Also some nice powder just for cover--try Bare Minerals, it works really good at giving a flawless airbrushed looking complexion and is healthy for your skin. If you are going to use liquid foundation, mix it with a little light moisturizer or get a tinted foundation and just apply it lightly for your base, and then use powder over it. I don't think you really need any blush, but i guess that depends on what light you are in. I am pale and i have pink cheeks naturally, but at night i like to make my makeup bold, and that includes making my cheeks darker, or at least, pinker (a deeper shade of pink or just applying more). I saw on tv this celebrity makeup artist said that the edges of your face is darker and the middle is lighter, so you match your makeup to that, but it is kind of tricky if you don't know what you are doing or don't have the right kind of makeup. Basically the darker around the edges countours your face, giving shape and definition.

Other than that, i don't think you need much makeup. I think everyone can use lip gloss, eye shadow, and powder. It makes me look half awake when i am NOT! Heheheh! But i will tell you that i am jealous of your skin! It looks really smooth and i love your coloring! I am so pasty and white!

You don't need paint. But I know your going to do it any way. Never use blue eye shadow with brown eyes. Bright lipstick Will make you look like a hooker. As will lip-liner.

if you wanna go dramatic -- try using gold, orange, and silver


if you want to look more like an everyday look -- go for plum, or a sort of cool color(like blue, dark green)


for eyeliner use a dark brown and sort of smudge it

for lip gloss try a light tinted pink or a dark brown

you really don't need any. You have a very youthful look. but for your skin tone i would use golds or shimmers in most colors i think that a natural lip color would look nice on you with gloss
