We get moody/depress because of our hormones fluctuations. Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS) is called and some women get it worst than others, every month is different. We are not grouchy all the time. So, just ignore women during that time and everything will be fine.

well, gee, dude, if you had hormonal swings that led to your breast being sore an tender; woke up with a headache every day for a week; everyone and everything either pissed you off or made you cry; and once a month you had to rearrange your schedule and wear dark clothing and change your sheets and towels because you have to plan to BLEED once a month---wouldn't YOU be a bit grouchy, too?

different women have different reactions to their periods. i personally become more affectionate, heh but thats cuz i want belly rubs for long periods of time. your best bet if youre havin issues with a gf or friend is to talk to her and find out how you can avoid her wrath durin that time.
