Its not a color. Its a name for a group of people. Acadians were transported from Canada to Louisiana. Over time the name was shortened to Cajun.

Cajun is not a race so therefore not necessarily considered any certain skin color. Cajuns (and I am one) are French descendants who live in Louisiana mostly. We are French, mixed with other nationalities. My mix is French and Native American. When one refers to a mix of French and African American they are referred to as Creole. My family's French descendants travelled down here from Canada in the 1700's.

If "Cajun" is a color at all, it's not an American
primary or secondary color. When I think of the word Cajun I see Orange red.

It isn't a colour, it's the name given to certain mixed race people in the South of North America, in particular in teh New Orleans area. It is also a type of cooking.
