The simplest way is to open the site in Notepad. Then Find/Replace

If you're using Dreamweaver, you can change the word in lots of separate pages with the click of a mouse but I don't know if that's what you used to create your website.

Just highlight the word, right click and do a find and replace, this will edit the word in all 50 places.

Edit the html file with an editor where you can use find-replace.
You can copy the html code to an editor and then copy it back after the changing.

If it's HTML, why not just import it into Word or something and do a global search/replace?

Or am I missing a detail somewhere?
