I'm a size 16 too. I wear Old Navy pajama bottoms to work out in. They're not too tight, not to loose, and I like that they're cotton. I wear Victoria's Secret signature cotton bras. It's very comfortable and easy to move around in. I'm a D cup and hate sports bras. Then I like any kind of cotton fitted T-shirt on top. I don't know why I like to work out in cotton so much. If I'm going to work up a sweat, I like to be comfortable doing it. Good luck!

I am a big girl, and go to the gym, my only advice is don't wear pants that are tight fitting on the ankle, wear yoga pants or capris, and any t-shirt will do. you will be surprised what some people wear to the gym.

Try a big, loose t-shirt and some black sweat pants. Anything but spandex or lululemon or anything like that

dont be worried about how u look. one way to get ppl to think good about u is for u to think good about urself. :) u could just wear sweat pants and a t-shirt if ur that worried. remember its a gym, not the catwalk. the point of going there is to lose weight and get fit. so ur not the only one, trust me =]

target carries some great pants from Champion brand C9 or by pro spirit. also maybe opt for a longer t-shirt to cover your behind if you aren't comfortable with it. They have everything from super fitted to more loose fit.

You can wear a comfortable pair of sweat pants (not too thick though otherwise you'll get too warm), and an old t-shirt.
