if you are in your teens or early twenty's then this is normal for guys.
not something you want to hear but it is normal for guys to jump the gun before there partner is ready, they more you do it the easier it is to slow down a bit,. my husband says when he knows i want it for a long time he thinks of something else like tuning up the car or something boring, i said how romantic but he says it works for him so he does not end to soon.

I would obviously advise you to see your physician to see if there is any medical reason that is causing it. You do not clarify: Have you always had this problem or did it manifest recently? Recent changes in your life (stresses, etc.)? Probably the most important question to ask is whether your partner has complained? Does your partner feel satisfied when you two have sex? If so, then do not worry about the problem.
You can also try some methods to control the premature ejaculation:
One method, mentioned by someone else is to masturbate prior to having sex. You will be less sensitive, thus you will be able to last longer prior to orgasming again.
The main thing is to realize when you are about to reach the "point of no return" and to stop yourself before you reach that point. One way to practice is during masturbation, when you start reaching that point when you are about to orgasm, stop and wait until the urge subsides. Then repeat until you reach that point and then stop again. You will begin to recognize when your body reaches that point.
When having sex with your partner, when you feel that you are about to reach that point, slow down, perhaps use slower or more calm strokes or stop totally for a few minutes if you need to. Meanwhile, you can caress your partner and pleasure her in other ways or change to another position. Then continue, slowing down again when you feel that urge. When you feel that you want to orgasm, then let go!
If this does not seem to work there are some products on the market (creams, etc) that are supposed to lessen sensation in the penis which may delay ejaculation. Also wearing a condom may help as many men indicate that it also lessens sensation in the penis as well.
If the above does not work, seek the assistance of a doctor or a specialist in sexual disorders. Good luck to you.

Do kiegals. This is not a female only exercise, for males it strengthens the muscles that can aid in a bit of ejaculatory control. Easy to practice and you don't have to buy any equipment. When urinating just stop the flow, then start it, repeat as needed. The muscles get stronger with practice. Not immediate help but tangible. Or you can just think about global warming, but that reminds me of really boring and bad documentaries and ruins an erection altogether*chuckles*. Be well.

On 20/20, they did a segment on Zoloft and premature ejaculation. It seemed to help. Also, I agree with the answer suggesting Viagra. I don't know how that would work but it does.

1. Have you heard of visualization? Or imagery? (some other answers here described it.) It might help if you try doing that.
2.Listen to earthy music with headphones on so you can concentrate on something else till your girl is ready.
3. This is a biggy. Give your girl lots of foreplay. Let her lay back and enjoy till she knows she is ready. ***
