Like i want 2 gain over people such that wat ever i speak it should be understandable to them & they can trust me so that I can't fraud them

Honesty is the best policy. A truthful person is always desired by all. But, it is not an easy joke to be honest and truthful.

you must develop you personality and communication skills. Try to develop a sophisticated personality which most people like. Behave as a matured and sober member of the society, people will look up to you with respect. Be honest in all your dealings, do not even think of fraud.

There is no one formula for this, but depends on the opposite person. if you want to impress a group then its good to add Humor when you talk... this works even if your English is not clear. it's not mandatory that you have to know the 'foreign' language (ENGLISH). Try n Watch 'Friends' Serial on TV it’s really good, i luv this serial.
Don't forget one thing... Use simple words while you are using the foreign language. ;)

Dear friend you asked a essential question now a days. My opinion is don't talk about yourself while with your friends it make them feel uncomfortable share good moments of life and good jokes be frank as much as possible.
