i would like send newt a letter about somthing i have not seen one person talk about.

I'm sure he gets a lot of letters.I would send it next day air if you want it to get attention.The address is on his web site.
If he makes a speech near where you are show up.He almost always does a Q/A session afterword.

Well, I'd say just mail it - But now George Bush is reading everybody's mail so Newtie might not get it.
