if the ultrasound is 100% correct..then...from sept.9.....what is usually the length of time before someone can tell their pregnant after having the sex...if that makes any sense..like say we had unprotected sex on aug21...cud the chance of the babybeing mine still exist?

Hey there is no medical science that is perfect including the ones that tell how far along a pregnancy is. You need to get a DNA test and make sure. It is still possible that the baby is yours. That isn't too big of a window for that baby to be a week or two farther along than the ultrasound said. Trust me they said at the end of my pregnancy that my daughter was 3 weeks early and she ended up being almost 8 lbs and healthy. And that was an ultrasound taken the day before she was born.

Due date is not a set in stone thing.... its an estimate and you are only a few days off regardless. Plus sperm can remain viable after the fact for up to 9 DAYS. All you can do is wait until the baby is born. You can refuse child support, paternity, etc. until she begs you and is willing to pay for a DNA test so she can get money from you. You must find out because you don't want to be one of those guys who pays for 18 years for nothing. That's the bottom line my friend so just make sure you protect yourself and not get screwed.

Eh, the sept. 9th is just an estimate for when the first day of her last period was.

there is a possibility it is yours. but its even a better one that its the other guys.
soo tell her that since you arent to sure whose it is and it could be his that you want a DNA test after the baby is born. if it is yours, step up and take the roll of the father, pay childsupport if the relationship isnt the way you want to go with her. If its his, then its his, if you want to be with her, adopt the baby. but if not then its up to her and you wouldnt feel like a fool if you spent all this money during pregnancy on her for no reason.. hope things go the way you want.

My sources tell me that you should have a DNA test done. Legally, she is not bound in any way to do this, which means if you request the DNA test it is going to cost you around 1000-1200 dollars. A way you could get around this would be to go on the Maury Povich show. He will pay for the test, but at a price. He will read the results on national TV with you and the baby mamma sitting right there. Good luck to you in the future.

Ouch that sux sept 9th is not accurate a t all two weeks off by what I have allways been told so the aug 28th - 31st would be a more accurate conception period so looks like the chances are pretty high have her ask the doctor for the estimated date of conception crazy enough it will be around the end of august!!

"In order for you to have a baby on or about Saturday, June 09, 2007, you would need to conceive on approximately Saturday, September 16, 2006."

I'd say the baby is probably not yours based on what you've written.

You could be the father...you will need a paternity test to determine that!! Plus, her due date might be off...the ultrasound is not 100 %!!!

You will have to get a paternity test done when the baby is borne.
