Invite some of her friends and husbands over. Have your father help. Set up a snack buffet and after they have munched and visited let them open presents and then play the Married game with them.
Think of some outrageous questions you can ask married couples and see how well they do. Lots of laughs and memories.

Get her a thoughtful card saying you love her and take her to a restaurant. If money is a problem, go for breakfast instead of dinner.Just the two of you. :)
