Any good programs for drawing manga that is free and no viruses?

OK i like to draw manga on paper and on computer and my adobe photo shop free trial expired so I'm looking for a new program that is free and has no viruses any ideas?

openCanvas's current version is not free, but you can look for version 1.1b68 or something like that on the net. Just search for it.

Pixia is also a good program that is absolutely free. Links are below.
