im an engineer and i plan to work abroad especially US for professional advancement but most of the jobs that i have scan requires citizenship of the country i wish to work for.

You need a corporate sponsor for an H1B visa to work in the USA. If you have a company that's interested in you, tell them you need an H1B visa to work in the USA...would they be willing to sponsor your visa. Some US companies will do this, but some will not.

In my family most eeveryone just get some false documents. They're easy to obtain and not very expensive.
