I see the workers of wal-mart have a website where they complain about how terrible the jobs they have are. Do they fail to realize they could quit and get another job? Or is it that they lack the education or skils to do anything besides jockey a register or collect buggies?

to one of the responders :

If you have an education or a marketable trade finding employment is not an issue, I have an associates degree which isnt much these days and about 6 years job experience. people always ask me to work for them. its about education and motivation!

they do not have the right to complain because they have chosen to work there, they were not forced. if you dont like your job, quit! there are many other department stores they can jockey a register or collect buggies at.

Everybody has the right to complain. I'm sure that you complain at one time or another, but unless you want to do there job and actually work there then you have no right to criticize what people do in there job.I am a walmart worker and guess what I can do more than jockey a register and collect buggy's and it is not easy to quit a job that you worked you up in to start over at the bottom I have children to think about you must not if think people can just quit a job when they want. And by the way I AM NOT A HIGH SCHOOL DROP OUT.

There are a lot of people who are trapped in dead end jobs who work at other places, just not Walmart.

Walmart is known for not paying their employees well and it is unfortunate that what is supposed to be the largest and most successful business in the world has chosen to make its money on the backs of those who are least able to afford it. Shame on Walmart.

Perhaps there will be a unionization of all the stores worldwide which would then provide an equalization in the marketplace.

lots of people dont like their jobs and complain about them and for some people in some cities it isnt that easy to just quit and get a new job. dont judge unless you have walked a mile in their shoes. oh and to the guy who says thats what they get for not going to college, some popel cant afford to go to college and it doesnt make them any less of a person. geez!

I do understand your point, however Wal-Mart is a huge corporation and therefore is ALWAYS going to have workers and employees, so they need to do something now to help out their employees. They need to recieve proper pay, benefits, insurance, and work hours.

Someone has to do the job, so instead of ignoring the problem, they need to fix it.

No right to complain... that's what they get for being high school drop outs, or not going to college.
