Does anyone know if you can fit 23's or 24's on a 1998-1999 lac deville. If you can,can you please tell me how thanks.

you could get the fender clearance by putting the body on a k10 blazer frame

Cutting torch, or Sawzall.

Simply remove anything that rubs on the tire.

the wheel wells need to be let out by having a professional cut them, otherwise you cant. good luck
