how can i fix my quad and get a new full face helmet?

im driving my quad my friend holors come here so i slam the back bracks trying to lockem up and spin around only i made it half way around and hit a hole in the road and fliped i was wearing a helmet so im lucky it broke most of the fall after i bailed my rear axl slid out of position i need a new helmet and my handlebars are crap

you go buy a new helmet and handlebars...
