Kane.
Because Kane had an equal gimmick like The Undertaker; he had mystery because of the mask, violence because of his fighting skills, and a presence that you'd just know was powerful. Kane had given his all for the business. He's been in some of the worst storylines ever (Katie Vick, Lita's baby etc), agreed to having a less-than-24 hour championship reign, and even pushed off further oppurtunities at the WWE championship in order to give younger stars more chances. He agreed to shave his hair off in order to create ratings and impact. Kane is a dedicated superstar, and he has entertained viewers while he was in the mask with his awesome feuds with Undertaker, his amazing returns, and then some very interesting angles after he had unmasked. Kane, that's my answer!!
