If you wanna make it in hollywood, you should get your OWN look (^_^) It helps to be skinny and pretty tall, but height and weight vary more greatly than you may think. Alot of famous actresses are super-short, but it doesn't stop them: Just throw on some high heels! Also, being too skinny can be unhealthy. Besides, you'll just look like everyone else. Just try to mantain YOUR ideal weight and dress to flatter your body type.

Hair color...If you are a natural blonde, stick with it! If you're not, don't go blonde just yet. With brown hair, try adding some dramatic highlights. Same with red or black hair. And finally, you can change your eye color as often as you like with color contacts. Dramatic eyes really capture attention, so i would suggest light blue or green with eye makeup to compliment it.

Remember, the best way to make it in hollywood is to have something nobody else has. Find your own style and attidude and work it!!!!

Luckily there is not look code. Some very famous Hollywood actresses and actors are actually short, some are tall, some blond, some brunettes... It seems that personality, hard work and perseverance is the key to success more than hair color.
