No hes not jealous, he could grow one if he wanted to. Michael Jackson might be jealous though, seeing as his hair cant grow into an afro anymore.

Definately jealous of your lovely afro.
The only time he talks is to tell stories about Michael. He doesn't seem to have a life of his own worth talking about.
