You can buy some crazy contraption ($$$)
>But if you want something FREE:
-Take a scarf (blanket, jacket, etc.) and tie it around your chair--across the back of the chair and tie it in the middle of your torso. This willnot allow you to slouch when your eating, typing, writing, etc.
-Walk with a book on your head.
-If slouching, etc. is a habit if everytime you catch yourself doing it take away something you like (if you keep doing don't watch an hour of tv or skip your fave bowl of icecream after dinner)
>habits take about 30 days to fully break so stick to standing straight!!!
good luck

i like to offer myself hickeys with my penis pump so my pals will think of i'm a women guy. ok, i do no longer likely have pals however the guy interior the park who catches pigeons and garments them up in Carmen Miranda fruit hats thinks i'm out of this international....according to probability he thinks i'm a Martian out to kill him? it is stressful to tell what he's yelling while he's throwing rocks at me.
