That is the ******* stupidest question i have ever heard!
you have a list of stolen information you prolly found online or through some P2P or you stole a list from some place, If you dont know why its not working or how to get it to work i suggest you not even try to do what you are planning. becaue you will go to jail, first for identitu theft, and then for mail fraud.
