By eating right and exercising. Eat a lot of vegetables, some fruit, some lean protein, some no fat dairy, some whole grains and little of everything else. Drink 6 glasses of water per day. Exercise 30 minutes per day.

If you are afraid that losing a little weight will label you as anorexic, you are probably thin enough already. Karen Carpenter was a beautiful woman with an absolutely gorgeous voice, she died from anorexia, because she thought she was fat. Instead of trying to lose weight, try replacing sweets with fruits and veggies and other healthy whole grain snacks. Cut out the junk food. You will feel better, have more energy, and probably lose a little weight as well without anyone thinking you are not eating.

You should just work out and eat healthy. Be careful though you most likely don't need to lose weight that your age and losing to much can be really dangerous to your health. Try to worry more about how healthy you are then how much you weight. Some one could weight 90 pounds and be the most unhealthy person ever...just an example. Watch what you eat, try to cut out some of the junk food. Also try to get at least 30 mins of working out in, even if that is just walking the dog for a little while. Remember it is better to be healthy than stick-thin.

Do it the right way. Eat healthy do not skip meals, just get things like salads or subs no pizza for lunch. And after school maybe invite a friend to take a jog or a walk with you. You wont lose weight that fast to where people think you are starving. But if you are not anorexic then people shouldnt think you are.

i'm the same way i'm 13 but i tried not eating @ school even though i ate healthy at home
well, my friends never belived that i was eating at home
so my bff told the nurse and a L.A. teacher. thats when i broke down
but don't let it bother u, whatever they call u, u know what ur trying to do and if its all cool with u
i still don't eat @ school, but when i do its healthy like an apple or a cellery stick, my friends have warn down 2 me not eating and now their used to it
So just eat healthyier or don't let it bother u

Do crunches every night before going to sleep and ask your friends for support, so it want cause you to stress and gain pounds...

i would have me friends come with me and exersise or i would simple tell them that i want to lose some weight but not a lot
