In December, President Bush requested an additional $100 billion in supplimental funds for the war in Iraq. That sounds like a wee bit bigger than a surge. Are we heading for a full scale escalation over there?

Why are the funds for Iraq put in supplimental bills? Are they afraid of the backlash if it were put in the annual budget?

Yes, I think the plan is to bulldoze Iraq and keep all the oil for ourselves.

I believe we are currently in one. Isn't it sad that in our own backyards we have huge problems with hunger, homelessness, and crime yet we are spening all this money over there? Look what our minimun wage and the conditions of some of our schools throughout the U.S. yet we have all this money to send over there. SAD!
