The Wanderers (Battersea) 1872, 1873, 1876, 1877, 1878
Clapham Rovers 1880
Old Carthusians (Godalming) 1881
Portsmouth 1939
Charlton Athletic 1947
Wimbledon 1988

The Royal engineers won it in 1875 but I don't know where they played their home games.

Not counting Royal Engineers, that's 6 teams have won it on 10 occasions (out of a total of 125 competitions)

Southampton - I missed that one, well spotted Arcadia.

I'm not sure actually, didn't The Wanderers (who I think won the cup about five times) play sometimes north of the Thames, sometimes south of it?

Cardiff is north of parts of the Thames, and south of other parts.
