Just a reflection of our world, or an exact replica ?

in fact a few scientists already came up with the idea that parts of the universe could be kind of mirrored, as one of the explanations why everything looks 'similar' not equal, but 'similar'.
i think it'll take some time to come up with a satisfying model (if ever).
One of the ideas how mirroring works was gravitational lensing. but mirrors in commen sense like the one in your bathroom .. naa .. too simple to be true, and we would have already figured.

Um, no. The bible said that God created man in his image...and the last time I checked we aren't mirrors.
