Invest in some OxyClean. I always keep it in the house. You can mix some with hot water and work it into the stain. Rinse the spot in hot water by hand. Repeat until it looks like it's gone. It work's!

Be grateful it is ball factor ink. Use hair spray; spray the stain and permit the hair spray set for 5 minutes or so, then take an previous toothbrush and scrub, rinse, spray lower back, scrub, and rinse lower back. If this would not paintings, blend a million teaspoon of bleach, with 4 teaspoons of water, and a million/2 teaspoon of liquid cleansing soap. upload an extremely small quantity to the spot then scrub and rinse-rinse-rinse. (are not getting aggressive with the bleach and upload better or you will bleach the colour out of the textile, and maybe injury the fibers - If the shirt isn't white, try the bleach answer on a small section that may not instruct if the bleach fades the colour. desire this works for you! stable success

Spray the spot with hairspray and blot (do not rub in) the spot out with an absorbant clean cloth/tissue. Once most of the ink is out, you can rub in the hairspray to remove the rest.

In HS, we always used hairspray (because of the alcohol content). Spray a little hairspray and dab(don't rub) the spot... repeating numerous times.
Since your shirt is red, test somewhere not so obvious first.

Sorry the answer sounds gross but this is the only thing that works. Smear the ink stains with clumps of rotten milk and leave to dry. Then scrape milk matter off and rinse lightly!!..........:)

Use LESTOIL .........it is a degreaser. Just put some on stain and rub in really well before washing. It won't discolor anything either.
Lestoil Cleaner is manufacturered by Clorox.
