I don't see why you need to steal a body and burn down your house. You could just at easily get on a plane and leave for Costa Rica.

Sure, it'd be hard, but why Costa Rica.. it's not nice to do that to a house or a body.
To start over, I think you should just move to Canada.

sounds like a good idea, but make sure the body's fresh. It'd look a bit suspicious if they body was already full of formaldehyde!
