Try to look at the back of the foods you eat and see how much carbs/carbohydrates it has and how much fat it has. Find the foods with less than 10 grams of fat and less than 50 carbs. DO NOT eat any chips or pizza or french fries or ice cream or pop. If you get a hamburger/cheeseburger sweeze out the greese as much as u can with a paper towel and soak it up. Things that u can eat that are healthy: vegitables, fruits, nonfat milk, water, coolaide(no added sugar), nonfat yogourt, special K cereal, and chewing gum(sugarfree).
This is not the only thing u hav to do to loose weight. Its not that easy. Just eating right makes u not gain weight. While eating right, run a mile a day and walk a mile. Do 50 side crunches and 50 crunches. Try to not cheat urself out of running and doing your crunches. If you do u will not get the results u r expecting. Because of school get up an hour early and do ur crunches while listening to music. After school run a mile. Oh ya, when u sweat, it helps u loose weight so wat u wanna do is bring a towel and wipe off the sweat. This may seem hard, but its really not. Once u push urself it will be easy and will make u feel alot better about urself. Hope this helps! :)

Stay away from all chips, candy and soda pop! Stay away from anything hydrogenated in the ingredients. If you completely cut these out of your diet and replace your snacks with fresh fruits and veggies and drink water, you should see a change for the better from the inside out! it will help your complexion too.
