Just be assertive, don't try to explain too much. Do some introspection, sit quitely for two hours and recall all the things that have happened since the starting of this episode. The main thing is we take one instance or a few recent instances and feel bad, why don't we look at things in a broad span of time. Think about your relations with her earlier and now, if it's the same then it was a problem for you and definitely not and achievement, every problem has at least one solution, you just need to figure that out.

The only person, you can change in this world, is you, it's impossible to change anybody else.

If you are right, that means you are right.

Remember business is business and personal is personal. The job has to get done and you made a decision...not everyone is going to be happy with every choice made. So my advice...is to toughen up a little and stop being so sensitive. If you co worker does not get over it...then that's her problem. Work is a place where we earn money for a living...we have friends and family for the social aspects of life.

IF someone is not listening to your words. Why do you want to talk to such a person. You are better than her. It is her bad habit. Unless she relise that, she will never understand your point of view. What is a point to think that she can understand you?

So best never talk to her. If she relise it is her wrong. Let her come and talk. Otherwise why do you need such a person to talk and bother yourself and come to a depression and spoil your health? Just be quite and go on with your work. Don't feel bad about what happened.

If you've tried to speak with her about this, and she isn't responsive then you're going to have to just sit back and wait. It's her immaturity and hers alone that's creating the uncomfort you're expirencing.

Just try and ignore the situation. Things will hopefully get better soon.

Why are you wasting your time with her!!!! You have done the duties of being a good friend to her now if she doesn't want to talk to you, just don't talk to her you too!!! Then after some time, you will see that she herself will come and explain!!! Just don't talk to her!!!

just cathch hold of her ask her as to why she is angry and try to leave notes abt it if she doesnt wanna talk but DO NOT try to sugar her as most of the times it leads to cloy.let time take its role if nothing works because its practically impossible to be mad on someone for such a long time and next time please choose a better friend.

okay, some random shots at the issue:
"It's psychologically impossible to stay mad at someone when they make you laugh." That depends on if you have a good sense of humour.
"You can't please everyone." Is it really worth the effort to regain respect? If you're colleague isn't really important to you, then who cares?

Bad luck if her anger is unfounded. Try to correct the equations.
