I have a friend in Puerto Rico who has a B.A in Physical Education. The only problem is his English is very limited. However, I'm sure there must be some Spanish immersion schools or two way immersion schools that would be more interested in his ablility to speak Spanish

well even if the schools did want him for his spanish-speaking ability, they would probably want him to be able to speak english fluently as well. maybe you could try having him learn english fluently and then apply for a job.
