I was on a date once, with a really hot guy - I was SO nervous around him. We had gone swimming and he had a MASSIVE booger hanging out of his nose and half way down his face. I couldnt tell him. It sat there for the whole date!
Im a bit more grown up now - I would indicate to my nose by rubbing it and say "you've got a little something there hun..."

Lol...I think it would be "boogie" or booger, if we are talking slang for dried snot particles.
But anyway, I have been in this situation before, and I found it had to do with how well I knew them. My buddies, most certainly I'd tell them, and then we'd joke about it. Acquaintances, I'd be as discreet as possible, but I'd likely say something so they don't catch me staring at it - because you know that's where your focus goes in that situation. Strangers, I doubt I'd say anything, because you never know if they'll freak out on you!

True story I was once supposed to get married to this dude, I thought he had lots of money, but then one day--- We were in my car because he couldn't drive and a big booger came out of his nose. I didn't say anything, he sat there and ate it in front of me, needless to say I didn't marry him.

Yes, I say things like.....you have a puppy in the window or check your boogar barn depending on how well I know the person.

Hmm, I don't know it would depend who it was and how I was feeling. Maybe. If I told them I'd say it in their ear or just like say their name and rub my nose or something. It would definately bug me if I didn't tell them.

Yes, I would indicate they had something there but I would make them believe it was something to eat so maybe they would try to remove it with their tongue.
