there is this blotting sheet you can get at bath and body works that i have and it works pretty well!

You are probably wearing way to much make up or not enough. Your face might be naturally oily, so you may want to put on some sort of cover up or concealer. If you are already using make up on your face, lighten up. I've had this problem for a very long time. I just experimented with many products until I found the perfect one. I suggest covergirl. It works great for me.

Dr Feelgood by Benefit. Use it as a primer before you apply your makeup. It will definitely decrease the shine. Also ease up on the liquid makeup, use it ONLY where you need coverage, not all over your face.

Try products for oily skin (if this is the case), and apply Clinique translucent loose powfer as a final touch

put some baby powder on your entire face (use a lot) leave it on for a few minutes and then use a make-up brush to remove it and then apply your make-up
