I am looking for a agp x8 graphic card within the budget of £70 to replace my current ge-force 6200
i still need pixel and shader model 3.0(which the 6200 has) but i am looking at upgrading to a 256mb model rather than a 128mb which the 6200 is
i dont mind if its a.t.i or nvidia as i am familiar with both manurfacters cards
i have looked on dabs.com and misco so dont look there
any ideas please

yes I do have the solution. Ebay I had a hard time finding a video card for my gate way pc.I went to Ebay and found several right away.and not a bad price either.good luck shoping.

Get a 2d hand 9800gtx+ off ebay, 1gig version may be superb yet 512 runs it for me at max settings easily. Or attempt between the extra present day GTX240/50/60's, yet certainly one of them is a rebadged 9800gtx+ that expenditures extra, so i might choose for my first answer. i don't be attentive to ATI properly yet i've got heard they're very sturdy on the 2d (attempt a HD5770 for occasion).
