I don't like the word fat unless it is accompanied by pointing and laughing, so technically that makes you pudgy or well cushioned. Your BMI (Body Mass Index) is 26.2 and that does put you in the overweight category. The good news is that a healthy BMI is below 25 so you only need to lose a little weight to come into a healthy weight range! Losing just 10 pounds would put you at a healthy BMI and make you feel a lot better!
