Have heard it is for real with Marilyn Manson, but Glenn Danzig is not a Satanist, just into the whole goth/horror/punk scene. The other difference is Glenn Danzig actually has a smidgen of talent and has even been known as "The Evil Elvis" for his vocal range and charisma. Marilyn Manson mostly known for be a freak...can't blame Dita VonTeese for ending it after only a year of marriage.

Marilyn Manson doesn't believe in the Christian concepts of God and the Devil so no. Dunno who Glen Danzig is though!
