I keep having the recurring dream where I am in a dark tunnel with a faint light at the end. The tunnel keeps moving forward and backwards making it hard for me to hold on but I trek onward toward the the light. When I get close I notice the light is an opening and then exit and feel a relief, but a little tired and then I realize I'm inside a translucent latex bubble and then I wake up in a panic. What's up with this dream?

I too have recurring dreams. I find that if I record my dreams right when I wake up (tape recorder) I can make the most sense of them if I listen to them a few days later. Or even write them down and read them aloud. Its odd how you can see the main emotion when you read it. Anyway, the tunnel represents your journey through life...A tunnel can also represent your need for security and nurturance....the faint light represents your hope....and the moving of the tunnel represents your hardships and going on represents your determination. Being trapped in the bubble represents your feelings of being confined in an area of your life. Be it personal, career wise, health, or even a relationship. I would say you are in a rut in your life and the tunnel also reflects your desire to move foward while the bubble shows your fear of what is in the future. Always try to focus on the major emotion you felt in the dream, and figure out its root. This will clarify most of your dreams. Hope that helped!

The meaning of each is as follows:
Dark in a dream means some kind of negativity, a state of confusion or the depressed, hide sid eof a personality. It can also suggest the shadow, or a part of ourselves withwhich we have not come to terms.
Tunnel - A tunnel in a drea represents the need to explore own own unconscious and those things we have left untouched.
If there is a light at the end of the tunnel, it indicates we are reaching the final stages of our exploration, if the tunnel moves this can mean that the journey may be difficult.
Bubble - reminds us of the transitory nature of existence or the need to have fun.
Panic - can can mean that time may be running out.

My question to you would be are you struggling with religion?
You are walking aimlessly towards a light and feel relief when you get to it- you seem to be searching for something and don't know what it is but when you find it you will feel the relief you have been looking for. The translucent bubble would in my oppinion be how you perceive society's feelings towards religion and the panic would be your thoughts on what people would think of you.
If you have been struggling with religious thought's consider studying the bible and seak out the lord to find what he may want from you.
