I don't think this will happen in the future, because even if there were robots working for the future there are certain jobs some robots couldn't do. Also most people wouldn't be happy with the services robots give.

Robots are okay for some jobs, but not all. Humans would still have to operate them, and fix them. So doing that would become too much of a problem in the near future.

That's what Karl Marx beilieved. He thought communism was neccessary because nobody would be able to earn a living in the future as they become replaced by machines. I think that's dead wrong, though, besides the fact that it was obviously premature.

The people who own the robots will need someone to sell their robot-produced goods to. So it will be in their interest to support an economy where the rest of us can make a living doing something, even if its just being an artist or doing something fun. Humans competing in semi-pro sports and other competitions might become a common career goal, for example. As robots take over our old jobs, the economy will gradually rearrange itself in a semi-logical fashion, as it always has. We can already see this happening, I think.

Keep in mind, the robots will constantly get better and more efficient, and therefore the consumer goods they make will become better and fantastically inexpensive. So even things that don't sound like good paying jobs now might provide a very high standard of living in the future. I think it will be great... as long the robots don't develop minds of their own and decide to kill us.

wel i guess robots dont have somthing that we have
like intimacy, instincts, feelings, thoughts, fatigues etc..
so they can be helpful in some ways the humans cant and that feature make them good

but i dont think its going to be relevant because i think its still a long way to go
