Always a Friday

Technically speaking, the most important day would be the first day of summer, which happens to be the longest period of daylight. That day, the 20th or whenever, is the turning point in our calendar. Remember, different cultures have followed different forms of calendars throughout human history.

It depends on what you think. I personally would guess that it would be your birthday, anniversary, or something similar. There is no "technical" special day of the year. However, many holidays such as New Years, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Hannukah, or whatever are very important to the people who celebrate them/

Jan 1 and Dec 31 are equally the most important days because they begin and end the year.

There are many of them actually. Any day on the calendar that you know you don't have to go to work and can sleep in.

That depends, you could construe that to be asking "What day of the week?" In that case you could say Monday, considering how Monday goes can pretty much determine the rest of your week. But if you're asking for one day out of the year, that can differ, depending on your situation. If you're married or seriously dating, I would say it's your anniversary. If you're a high school senior who plays baseball, it can be the day tryouts start. If you're 10 years old without a care in the world, it can be Christmas! So, of course, it all depends on your circumstances.
