Audacity is a free sound program, very good.

You can set it to accept Stero Mix which will record anything
that comes across your sound board.

Try using the Windows Sound Recorder or go 2 google.com and search for wavepad it is a small program and it can record sound files and you can do more things with that..


And one more thing it is a FREEWARE...
