5 days ago i fingered my gf and it had a strong smell (kinda like cheese). I could also smell it when kissing in that area under her trousers.
is this normal?

It can be if she didn't bath that day or if she just recently finished her period. It could also mean that she has a bacterial infection or yeast infection. Those are common too. The bacterial infection has more of a fishy smell and the yeast infection has a more mild but apparent smell. Good luck!

all women have a strange smell-others not as much.
have you ever been near another woman like that before as this might be a normal smell for womens bits.
if you have and its not normal then tell her because it will be embarrassing for her if she was ever to find out from someone else. i mean your being the big man by asking for help rather than going to your mates laughing about the situation. if you keep this thing between yourselves and discuss it to her she might feel embarrassed but at least she knows.
You can buy a deodrant from boots and chemists for that area and its noting to worry about- lots of women have a smell downstairs, shell appreciate it that youve gone to her about it rather than behind her back

Thats nasty!!!it gives me a stomach ache!!she either has an infection, needs to take a shower, or has been sticking cheese into her self when you not there to stick her.

why dont you make a suggestion of washing each other, its always fun to get lathered up and then when you do venture down below it should be sweet smelling, good luck

hey mate ur auld lady neads a good sheep dipping man,i went wif this gal and man she had the smelliest muff u have ever smelt,needless to say i was'nt to keen on muff diving her and eventully got shot ov her(2weeks) but she's either got an infection or she's just a low down dirty rat!!! got 2 b frank in these situations mate

try to make a game of it by suggesting that you save water & shower with a friend.other she got the cheese you have the biscuit.cleanleness is next to gobleness

Ergh, no this is not normal. Tell her to go and wash down there or tell her to go and see her GP as she might have a yeast infection. You've made me feel sick

No its not normal and sounds rather disgusting. If your g/f is a clean person and you know she baths regularly then she needs to se a Dr, if you dont know if she baths regular then try seducing her in the bath or shower.

yeah - that is quite revolting.
um... suggest she buy some odour eaters and staple them to the gusset of her knickers. that way - you don't have to deal with it until it's time to delve!!
or force her into the bath!!
