There is no defined sequel of Gundam Seed Destiny according to the official websites.
Eternity is just fan made and if you look at the "supposed" voice actors, some of the names are in the wrong places.

The only thing that is announced and true is that a Gundam Seed movie is coming out soon, this year perhaps. I was there when the teaser trailer was first shown to the public in Japan. I speculate that the movie might give us the continuation of the series.
